Job Description
Design Executive
Receive and review sales orders from customers, ensuring completeness and accuracy of information.
Collaborate with the design team to review and assess customer requirements.
Verify the feasibility of design specifications and identify potential issues or conflicts.
Conduct thorough design reviews, ensuring adherence to quality standards and customer expectations.
Liase with customers to clarify design requirements and address any concerns or modifications.
Communicate design changes or updates to the relevant departments and stakeholders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status and design-related queries.
Resolve customer complaints or issues related to sales orders and design specifications.
Foster positive relationships with customers through effective communication and excellent service.
Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and propose solutions for streamlining operations.
Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Provide feedback and recommendations to the management team for system enhancements or proc ess improvements
