Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is seeking a Design Researcher. The candidate can work remotely anywhere in the US with the opportunity to convert to full time employment. Duties: - Design Researcher will work within a small multidisciplinary pod, made up of designers, engineers, brand and business strategists, and other hybrid experts
- Lead the research portion of the project including expert, user and customer interviews
- As a Design Researcher, you will translate learnings into powerful insight to support the launch of new product pilots
- Explore diverse human and business behavior and develop a deep understanding of the intersection between people, business, and technology
- Design Researcher works with the biggest sports teams and leagues in the world to create innovative new lifestyle oriented premium products
Required Skills : * 7 years of qualitative research experience in all stages of the process (scoping a research process, leading fieldwork, conducting in-context interviews, performing desk research, synthesizing insights, and providing direction as a result of the research) * Able to connect research to design by translating research insights into tangible new business models, products, and services offerings * Experience in using data to find and/or support a story * Exceptional communication and storytelling skills * High comfort level in working within a self-directed culture and navigating ambiguity * Bonus: Experience working within the Sports or Sports media industry Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
