The Senior Client Support Specialist is a crucial member of a dynamic team that aims to provide excellent IT service. We are searching for an individual with a customer-focused background in desktop support, who possesses exceptional people skills, a positive attitude, and a strong technical foundation. The role requires providing technical assistance to ensure the staff has the technology support they need to achieve the company's mission.

The job involves providing on-site client-side support to address hardware, software, operating system, or connectivity issues. Additionally, the Senior Client Support Specialist will assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues with local printers, servers, and conference room AV, web conferencing, and video equipment. The role also involves coordinating hardware repairs or machine replacements and setting up workstations for new hires. The Specialist will also handle escalated and/or complex Mac, PC, and hardware issues and collaborate with the Client Support team to handle special IT projects across the department.

The Senior Client Support Specialist should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related discipline with at least five years of experience in desktop support, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The role requires advanced knowledge of PCs, Macs, and mobile devices, as well as application support, including MS Office, Teams, and SharePoint. Additionally, the Specialist must possess strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to prioritize numerous tasks, and work under pressure with a professional attitude. Finally, the role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, organizational, and prioritization skills.
