Desktop Support Technician (Hybrid)

We have an immediate need for a Desktop Support Technician to join a leading provider of trusted in-home senior care. The organization is completing a migration to Office 365 and needs a Desktop Support Technician to provide end user support.

Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid – two days onsite)

This job expects to pay $25 – 30 per hour.

What Gets You The Job: 

• Experience with Office 365 administration and troubleshooting, particularly Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive
• Experience as a Tier 1 or Tier 2 helpdesk/desktop support technician
• Familiarity with the support needs of a user in an environment that uses Office 365
• Microsoft Intune experience is required
• Excellent customer service and good communication skills
