Seeking 15 Desktop Technician for a 6-month contract position with a well-established client in Las Vegas, NV.

• • The Desktop Technician will be required to:
    • Assist the Team Member in signing into all devices, since the username will change.
    • Devices include Windows 10 devices and iOS devices.
    • Coordinate with Project Coordinator and vendor partner to finalize migration process.
    • Sign out of company portal on iOS devices with the usernames.
    • Sign into company portal on iOS devices using new and complete the mobile enrollment process.
    • Configure Azure MFA during mobile enrollment process.
    • Configure RSA SecurID app during mobile enrollment process, if applicable
    • Remove work or school account from Windows 10.
    • Add or school account to Windows 10.
    • Sign out of single sign on applications with the username.
    • Sign back into same single sign on applications with new username
    • Recreate MS Outlook profiles
  • It will be the responsibility of the Desktop Technician to ensure that all the applications, configuration settings, and peripherals that the Team Member needs continue to work properly.
  • Should any issues arise, the Desktop Technician will be required to stop and provide the feedback to the technical lead so that appropriate remediations can be applied.
