Job Description

• Experienced Desktop Technician with customer service attitude and wide range of technical skills to help deploy new hardware (PCs, Laptops, some scanners) to County employees. Experience with Microsoft imaging, Windows 11, O365 and Office 2016, Scanners, Printers etc. Must be able to work independently, follow guidelines for deployment process and provide excellent customer service. Will be working with other contractors and the lead Technician. Travel building to building in the area required (including a reliable vehicle). Must be able to lift, carry, kneel, reach, crouch while doing the duties of the position and loading/unloading equipment or deploying and connecting equipment at users desk.
