Job Role: Desktop support / Onsite Technical Support
Location: Holtsville, NY (Day 1 Onsite)
Duration: 06+ Months
MANDATORY:
1-2 years' minimum technical support experience.
Understanding of Windows & MAC desktop operating systems.
Knowledge & understanding of telecom infrastructure and applications.
Scheduling time in each room.
Walking to each room.
Testing a Zoom and Teams meeting in the room.
Verifying the video camera is working in Zoom and Teams (if a video room).
Verifying they can share their laptop to the screen in the room.
Verifying the phone can make and receive calls.
Good communication skills
