Destination Supply Manager

Job description

• Develop and nurture vendor relationships in the US, Canada, Australia and other focus regions
• Identify new regions of interest, scope out and onboard new vendors in the target regions
• Develop new products such as Air and Ocean consoles in high traffic regions or based on Sales requirements
• Periodic meetings with vendors to maintain their service levels and ranking them basis their performance
• Liaise internally and externally and build strong professional working relationships with stakeholders and provide the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Ensure timely response to customers (Internal/External) requirements
• Conduct market research, competitor and customer analysis to identify sales opportunities

• 5+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding
• Good connections within the industry with forwarders, customs brokers, carriers and airlines
• Should have knowledge of Overseas Networks and relation with Co Loaders and Freight Forwarders, NVOCCs, Airlines and Ocean carriers
• Should have prior experience in partner / vendor management
