POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly motivated Destination Wedding & Honeymoon Travel Specialist to join our team as a remote employee. As a specialist, you will be responsible for designing and coordinating dream destination weddings and honeymoons, ensuring that each couple's romantic journey is a seamless and memorable experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Consult with couples to understand their travel preferences, wedding visions, and budget constraints.
• Create customized travel itineraries that include destination recommendations, accommodation options, transportation, and activities.
• Coordinate all travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and activities.
• Collaborate with local vendors and partners in destination wedding hotspots to plan and execute weddings, receptions, and honeymoon activities.
• Provide expert guidance on marriage requirements, documentation, and legalities in various international destinations.
• Continuously research and update your knowledge of trending destination wedding and honeymoon locations.
• Maintain open communication with couples to ensure their needs and expectations are met throughout the planning and travel process.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Stay informed about travel regulations, health and safety protocols, and visa requirements for different countries.
• Manage budgets, invoicing, and financial aspects of the wedding and honeymoon planning process.
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• No experience is need for you to excel in this position! All training will be provided from within the organization or from one of our hundreds of vendors.
• Experience or willingness to learn how to plan and coordinate destination weddings and honeymoons.
• In-depth knowledge of popular destination wedding and honeymoon locations worldwide.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and time-management abilities.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
• Proficiency in (or wiling to learn) using travel booking systems and software
• Creative problem-solving skills.
