Title :- DevOps Engineer
Location :- Remote (West Canada)
Client : HCL
Must Have Skill :-
10+ Experience Need ,Very strong on Gitlab and Git ,CICD , Microrepos to a Monorepo, cloud-based infrastructure, containerization technologies ,FluxCD & GitOps.
Have good experience with Product base client is plus
Key Responsibilities:
Using GitHub and GitHub Actions, create and implement automated software deployment processes.
Create and maintain pipelines for Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
Hashicorp Vault for secret management will be integrated into all application pipelines.
Code scanning and code quality will be integrated into our CI Pipelines.
Work on the migration of Microrepos to a Monorepo.
Helm can be used to package and deploy applications on Kubernetes.
FluxCD can be used for GitOps-based continuous delivery.
System performance should be monitored and optimized.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Work with development teams to ensure that code is tested and deployed efficiently.
Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure
Give development teams advice and best practices.
Continuously improve and evolve the overall DevOps process
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience is required
Strong knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Expertise in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Working knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, GitHub Actions)
Excellent knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
Knowledge of configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
Strong understanding of Linux/Unix administration
Experience with Git and GitHub
Experience with GitHub Actions is preferred
Experience with Hashicorp Vault is preferred
Experience with Monorepos is optional
Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and FluxCD is optional
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities
