Role: Sr DevOps Engineer-W2 Role

Locations: Hybrid in Pennington NJ or Charlotte, NC-3 Days/week

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Requirements:

1. Sr-level, 10+ years of DevOps
2. Hands-On Cloud Azure migration experience from on-prem to Cloud
3. Kubernetes or OpenShift
4. CI/CD Jenkins, Git
5. Scripting Bash, Python, Ansible

Position Summary

1. Lead design and development of solutions augmenting overall monitoring and operational automations.
2. Lead design development of integrated CI/CD automation across Non-Homogenies solution stack.
3. Lead design and development of issue tracking capabilities, integrated with monitoring solutions stack.
4. Participate in activities with development streams (agile scrum processes) and vendor-engineering toward capacity planning and release management.

Required Skills:

1. Expert knowledge of Unix/Linux platform, including LDAP-based authentication integration and clustering.
2. Experience with industry standard development and automation tools (JIRA, Jenkins, Git, Ansible/Tower)
3. Familiarity with SQL/No-SQL infrastructure (MongoDB, Hadoop) with fundamental knowledge of clustering.
4. Demonstrated experience developing scripts (bash, Python, Ansible etc) automating operational tasks.
5. Demonstrated experience managing deployment lifecycle in Openshift/Kubernetes platform
