Development Engineer Full Stack

Services R&D Team in Bangalore

developing data enabled services to support cross segment service propositions.

What youll do

As Cloud Software Developer in the Services R&D group
you'll design, implement, deploy and test full-stack features in our Service Cloud
you'll prototype and develop exciting new data enabled service propositions
you'll focus on developing high quality software that is easy to maintain
you'll work in an Agile team, collaborating on all development aspects to get things done
you'll collaborate with developers from other teams across Signify to enable cross segment service propositions


What youll need

Bachelor/masters degree in computer science engineering, Information Science, or equivalent
8-11 years of relevant work experience in product development as Application Software Developer
Demonstrates capabilities in server side Javascript or Typescript; proficient in Java, Node.js and related packages.
Building interactive web applications, preferably using a framework like AngularJS and/or a library such as ReactJs.
Knowledge in other relevant programming languages (Swift, Kotlin, Python) is an advantage.
Has demonstrated ownership for features and modules in their projects including feature and module design, practices such as code reviews, unit tests, code coverage and build sanity.
Has practical project experience creating cloud native applications with cloud platforms such as AWS/GCP/Azure.
Has practical understanding of application security.
