As a Development Engineer youll be responsible for the main challenge, impact and purpose of the role, the USP.

What youll do

Support to create the technical roadmap of the LED drivers.
Translate customer requirements into functional specifications.
Responsible for LED driver power stage and control circuit design
Topology selection (such as resonate half-bridge, buck, boost, buck-boost or fly-back) in terms of different application including bringing outside-in insights.
Apply design principles for cost, performance, manufacturability (parts making and assembly), thermal management.
Key components design and selection, like inductor, transformer design & power semiconductor switch.
Leader the technical team in terms of tasks and problem solving, being a technical coaching to make sure the team technical leveling.

Your qualifications


Bachelors degree or above (completed) in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related fields such as Technology or Physicist.


Large working experience on engineering electronics. Has a broad technical background in the field of electronics.


Be familiar with electrical, digital, and analog circuit.


Experienced electrical designs, debugging skills and ensure quality and reliability of LED Lighting products or power sources.


Be familiar with digital IC/analog IC.


Fluent in English is MANDATORY.


Leadership experience in terms of (time, resources, risks, and technical people development).
