XtalPi Inc requires Development Engineer to design and develop solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, and network concerns. Perform systems management and integration functions. Verify stability, interoperability, portability, security, or scalability of system architecture. Responsible for desktop operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure maintenance, including but not limited to end-user troubleshooting, software installation and uninstallation, guidance on the use of common software tools, local network settings, server settings, etc. Responsible for IT asset management, including but not limited to the selection, installation, and distribution of IT assets. Assist in the establishment of infrastructure and information system construction. Collaborate with engineers or software developers to select appropriate design solutions or ensure the compatibility of system components. Cooperate with IT team to complete the infrastructure construction and application system implementation at the group level. Assist in implementing information security work, including docking external customers' requirements for information security, and implementing and responding with the IT team to meet the requirements. Improve end-user satisfaction through the operation of the IT service system. Evaluate existing systems to determine effectiveness, and suggest changes to meet organizational requirements. Perform ongoing hardware and software maintenance operations, including installing or upgrading hardware or software. Direct the installation of operating systems, network and application software, and computer or network hardware. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology. SKILLS: Position requires knowledge of Systems Security, Database Management, Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence and Information Visualization.
