Job Description: Summary:
As the ICS Marine Cybersecurity support engineer, you will be responsible for the Marine Electronics Cybersecurity
Type Approval documentation and test plans. In this job role, you will be responsible for creating supporting
documentation and writing test cases for various Marine societies Cyber Security Requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
Work with Engines, Panels, Power Train, Display and Product Link teams to understand Cyber Security
Capabilities of those products.
Develop documentation required for Marine Societies Cyber Security Requirements
Pre Test various components described above to confirm they pass the documented test cases
Perform Cybersecurity Type Approval witness tests demonstrations.
Skills:
Experience with CANape and other Vector products
Experience with CAN and J1939 protocols
Experience with open loop, closed loop testing
Writing test reports including data documentation of test results.
Highly organized person with proven electronic troubleshooting skills
Time management and prioritization skills required
Experience with Microsoft Office tools
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent technologist degree in an accredited Electrical, Electronic, Controls or
equivalent
3 5 years of relevant work experience in control system test and validation
