Direct Client Sr Front end Application Developer Lead

Title Direct Client Sr. Front-end Application Developer Lead (React.js Next.js UI/UX Node.js Docker/Kubernetes, DataDog) Location: Remote (PST hours) You will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components for employee-facing application using React. You will also be responsible for profiling and improving front-end performance and documenting our front-end codebase as well as testing and deployment process.
Years of Experience:
Degree or certifications required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Required Background/ skills: - At least 10 years of experience in front-end development.
- Proficiency in fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as React.
- Proficiency with server-side languages such as Node.js.
- Proficiency with TypeScript.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, the document request model, and offline storage.
- Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
- A knack for benchmarking and optimization.
- Familiarity with data and log analysis tools such as Datadog.
- Experienced with containerized solutions running in Docker/Kubernetes.
- Experienced with Web accessibility issues.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Ability to translate designs into semantic HTML.
- Developing new employee-facing features using React.js and Next.js.
- Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
- Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
- Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
- Collaborate with the team to design and launch new features.
- Maintain code integrity and organization.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Have significant involvement in backend development using Node.js
- Write automated tests to validate functionality.
- Experience with Azure DevOps build pipelines.
- Experience with ArgoCD.
- Experience with Next.js.
- Experience with writing tests in Jest.
- Experience with C# and .NET framework is a significant plus.
- Proven experience as a full-stack developer will be advantageous.
