Director of Inside Sales needs to drive the team towards results, help write scripts, liaising with Marketing and Sales, use metrics to measure results and help to evaluate the team overall.

The Inside Sales team will be finding companies, contacting them to explain the very basics of what we do, do an initial screen of the brokers, and if both are positive, they then hand that lead to an RVP.

This role has to be willing to hold people accountable, have to be driven and have to be able to build a team.
