West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. seeks a Director, D&T, ERP Manufacturing and Planning Functional Design and Architecture at its Exton, PA location.

DUTIES: Responsible for ERP design and configuration work being conducted based on a well-developed ERP solutions architecture and a detailed set of business, functional and technical requirements. Includes ownership and execution of an agile based systems development lifecycle methodology; Change management to ensure is effectively planned and managed and that stakeholder engagement, communication, and all levels of training is effectively executed and integrated into ERP deployment planning and rollout strategy and plan. Provide ERP Project Management Oversight. Support Business Transformation Work. Manage and resolve complex business issues arising from implementation of new processes and/or procedures, escalating decisions as appropriate to IT and Business Leadership as needed. Support ERP Business Owner and Executive Sponsor Decision Making Process. Work as a part of the IT leadership team on the ERP direction, assuring process, people, and technology alignment. Responsible for the performance and results of the team. Perform day-to-day management of assigned team, both employees and contractors, in compliance and consistent with the West values, policies and procedures. Will supervise employees. May require to travel/telecommute.

REQUIREMENTS: Employer requires a Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering(any), or related technical field plus 24 months experience in job offered, Sr. Manager, Associate Architect or related occupation. Experience must include: 1) SAP Production planning and execution (Discrete & Process ), 2) SAP Procurement, 3) Manufacturing execution system with integration of machine connectivity, 4) SAP plant maintenance, 5) SAP Quality Management, 6) SAP Inventory management and Warehouse management, 7) SAP solution designing involving Configuration and development, 8) ABAP, Web services, O data services, SAP technical, 9) Mobility, UX and Solution simplification, 10) Jira and project execution, and 11) Database management and SQL programming.
