Director, Client Service (Brand Strategy), Insights Division


Singapore


The Director, Client Service role is about growing client relationships through strong critical thinking and expertise need to work closely with the team to deliver outstanding work to position Kantar as an Indispensable Brand Partner and drive revenue growth.
With a strong grounding in quantitative techniques you should be confident working with different inputs to confidently bring a broader strategic perspective to clients. We are also passionate about encouraging talent and as a Director, you will play a pivotal role in inspiring people and building their expertise.

A critical success factor will be demonstration of flexibility, agility and a high level of resilience when taking care of the responsibilities of this role along with a strong commercial growth mentality.


Role Requirements



PREFERENCE
: Build Client Impact

Acting as a trusted advisor to 2 3 key relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
Proactivity in identifying clients business questions and driving new business efforts with both established relationships and new clients.
Collaborating across the wider business to bring the best of Kantar to clients.


PERFORMANCE
: Deploy expertise

Ensuring delivery excellence by enabling Client Service teams to consistently produce best-practice deliverables for clients.
Outstanding quantitative practitioner with proven track record in crafting and delivering custom projects.
Experienced in a range of research techniques and models and keen to learn more.
Demonstrates strong Quantitative customised/ ad hoc research expertise specifically in brand strategy projects, confidently applies experience and/or is an early thought adopter.
A strong strategic thinker demonstrates understanding in brand building, brand growth and marketing processes.
Exposure to Qualitative research methods is a plus.
Able to generate (innovative) research solutions to address clients business/marketing issues.

Desired outcomes:


Independently lead delivery with a team on 2 3 key client relationships Ensure successful deployment of proprietary and custom Kantar solutions by bringing an expert point of view. Lead all aspects of integration of new skills and capabilities within the team. Work in close partnership with team lead to develop and implement deployment plans to grow the business on strategy. Feed into internal strategy and planning for the client in conjunction with Client and team leads.
