Experienced LPN - Large Senior Living Community
We are seeking an outstanding LPN to join our team at a large senior living community in East Tucson. Come join a team of dedicated, smart, and caring professionals as they work together to care for our seniors and provide them the lifestyle they deserve.
Job Description
Our LPN works closely under the Health and Wellness Director to plan resident care. You will oversee assisted living operations at the community and monitor resident health routines. Some of your duties will include overseeing health care administration and staff management, as well as to make sure staff members are following health care guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, lead and mentorCaregivers
- Complete resident assessments, resident incident follow up, medication orders and any resident care needs per state regulations.
- Assure team is in compliance with regulations governing resident care
- Create schedules and approve timecards

Qualifications
- Valid LPN nursing license or above
- Previous experience of at least 2 years as a caregiver in Assisted Living
- Management/ Leadership experience of at least 2 years
- Scheduling experience strongly preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
