Our goal is to empower every gaming community, from the most well-known blockbuster titles to the niche gems waiting to be discovered.

As our Director of Community, your mission will be to set the foundation for this universe of communities. Each game on our platform will become its own vibrant world under your guidance. You'll be responsible for sparking the initial flame, nurturing its growth, and stoking it into a roaring blaze that will illuminate the gaming industry.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a robust community management strategy for each game-specific community within our ecosystem.
  • Lead a team of community managers and moderators to foster positive, inclusive, and engaging community environments.
  • Work closely with our product and marketing teams to ensure our platform continually serves the needs of our community.
  • Develop programs to drive engagement and retention within the community, including events, competitions, and reward systems.

Requirements

  • Experience in the global gaming industry, with at least 5 years of proven success in developing and executing community and influencer strategies.
  • Demonstrated strength in analytical skills, including proficiency in analyzing and interpreting community engagement metrics, and a talent for leveraging data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Solid understanding of marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and a track record of achieving positive ROI through effective campaigns.
  • Previous experience in managing game communities and influencer management.
  • Collaborative team player capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders, agencies, partners, and community members, actively listening, processing feedback, and providing creative solutions to meet their needs.
