I have an opening for an entry level multi-unit operator to grow a proven concept in the DC and surrounding markets.
The ideal candidate will have a successful background at the GM level and currently be overseeing 3-5 locations.
This is a fast casual boutique concept with an exciting flair, culinary driven.
Candidates need an intimate knowledge of the DC demographics, track record in growing operations from single locations to multiple markets.
Experience with AUV $2M, team development, training, SOPs and strong leadership.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong GM with some multi-unit responsibility to transition in multi-unit.
The package includes a lucrative incentive program, benefits, and $80K earnings first year.
Compensation can be tied to future growth.
