Touchpoints at Home an affiliate of Ultimate Care NY is a premier home health care company that has been serving the needs of Greater Hartford area and beyond for 10 years. We are seeking a Director of Operations (Home Care) to join our team and ensure the seamless operation of our home health care services.

As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of our home care operations. You will collaborate with our management team, clinical staff, and support staff to ensure that we meet the highest standards of care and exceed the expectations of our clients. We are looking for a highly organized and experienced professional who is committed to providing high-quality home health care services that support the wellbeing and independence of our clients.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of our home health care services
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and industry standards
  • Collaborate with our management team, clinical and support staff to ensure the highest standards of care for our clients
  • Effectively manage staff productivity and performance
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare providers
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of our services and make recommendations for improvement
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenues to ensure financial sustainability

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in health care administration or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in home health care operations management
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations and industry standards for home health care
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a diverse team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of implementing effective policies and procedures
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in budget management and financial analysis.
