The Operations team is a high-visibility team that supports customer onboarding, support, assist and helps answer some of the most challenging questions at Steer Health. The team provides unparalleled support to our business in strategy, process improvement, decision support, and program management. - As an Operations Manager, your mission is to increase growth through the transformation of Steer Health's sales operations into a scalable, predictable engine. Your responsibilities will include supporting strategic decision-making through quantitative analysis, using our platform and analytics data to create action plans, and managing projects that improve Commercial effectiveness - all with a focus on our customer goals and processes.
Requirements What you'll do: - Lead the development, execution, and refinement of comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all departments to ensure operational excellence and compliance with industry standards.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless and efficient workflows across all departments.
- Implement innovative operational processes and procedures, leveraging the latest technology and best practices in the digital healthcare sector.
- Coordinate with department heads and senior management to align operational strategy with the overall business goals.
- Monitor the performance of client KPIs, internal operation KPIs and provide reports to the executive team on a regular basis.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and develop strategies to overcome them, driving continuous improvement.
- Manage budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing to ensure financial viability.
- Ensure all operations are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements related to healthcare.
- Develop a culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
Your skills include: - 5+ years experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, Management Consulting, Finance or a related field
- Expert with Excel (can perform complex functions), PowerPoint, and telling a streamlined story with complex data
- Expert in Google Suite (sheets, docs, slides)
- Expertise in the analysis, design and improvement of business processes
- Intermediate process design & reporting skills
