Our Bakon is the fastest-growing plant bacon in the world, and we're seeking dedicated individuals to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of our production facility and equipment.
As a Dishwasher / Sanitation Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and hygienic environment that (1) makes reliably healthy and delicious food and (2) is a place people enjoy coming to work.
You'll be responsible for cleaning dishes, utensils, and equipment used in food preparation, as well as maintaining cleanliness in our production facility. Starting pay is $16/hr, and both part time and full time roles are available.
Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment used in food preparation
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in our production, packaging and storage areas, including floors and walls
- Follow proper sanitation procedures and guidelines
Requirements
- Prior experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is preferred
- Understanding of proper sanitation and safety practices in a food production environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
