Job Title: Delivery Driver | Reports to: Dispensary & Distribution Management | Location: Bay MeadowsJob Description: Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes as scheduled (patient to patient) Follow assigned routes and time scheduled by dispatch coordinators and/or management Load and unload coolers and prepare orders Inspect and operate a company delivery vehicle safely Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve patients complaints Collect varieties of payments (cash, canpay, etc.) Inform customers about new products and services Complete logs and reports Follow DOT regulations and safety standards Maintain a clean and organized vehicle Provide a positive experience for each patient Assure orders are correct prior to departure Complete trainings as assigned Other tasks may be assigned by management Excellent organizational and time management skills Good driving record with no traffic violations / No at-fault accidents in the last five years Can lift 50lbs+ Can bend, kneel, stand or sit as needed for long periods of time Drivetenders may be asked to work in-store shifts as needed (scheduled & discussed ahead of time) Professional references are required to be considered for any positions within the company Starting Wage: $16/hr. The Flowery offers yearly (or performance based) evaluations per the company's discretion. All full-time employees automatically qualify for benefits, PTO & Paid Holidays after their probationary period; which is 30 days.
