POSITION PURPOSE

Responsible for recording and measuring forklift operator performance and efficiency for the Customer Fulfillment Center, providing data-driven feedback to shift supervisors and warehouse manager regarding performance. Assists the Inventory Control team in monitoring the inbound and ship error files and working to correct inventory discrepancies to ensure accuracy throughout the year and particularly leading up to year-end inventory counts.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Include minimum qualifications for formal training, education, certifications, licensures, and/or working experience. Identify the level of knowledge; skills, and/or abilities (KSAs) required to perform the essential job responsibilities and duties competently.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: High School Diploma or GED

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

2. Understanding of WMS and BPCS software

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

3-5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

1. Effective communication both written and verbal.

2. Exceptional organizational skills

3. Proficiency in Excel & Systems (AS 400)
