Responsibilities




  • Provide comprehensive, fast moving support to C Level Executives

  • Manage and maintain complex calendars and coordinate appointments, meetings and conference calls in fast paced environment that changes continually

  • Using advanced MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel skills, this position generates and edits proposals and presentations.

  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality while in the office and in communications within and with external clients

  • Assist with logistics for conferences and sponsored events as well as be available to travel for onsite support

  • Act as a liaison between IT and Executives to troubleshoot and assist where necessary.

  • Process check requests in a timely manner using internal interface

  • Compose and create correspondence to clients and internally to teams

  • Participate in annual projects including financial loan document processing.

  • Operate in a detail oriented manner and produce precise and accurate work products with utmost attention to detail

  • Update and maintain content on intranet including Firm Bios

  • Listens well and asks pertinent questions to ensure thorough understanding of projects and tasks

  • Attend meetings and conference calls and takes meeting minutes and notes

  • Assist in the development of internal collateral and materials

  • Demonstrates professional demeanor towards duties and responsibilities, particularly with regard to independence, professional ethics, and professional judgment

  • Manage DHG’s sponsorship with various organizations

  • Conduct market research for strategic industry groups and service lines

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; Bachelors degree in related field strongly preferred

  • Five to eight (5-8) years of administrative experience in an accounting, legal or similar professional services industry required

  • High degree of confidentiality required

  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills required

  • Able to effectively interface with various roles and leadership levels throughout the firm and with clients is required

  • Superior organizational and project management skills required

  • Self-motivated and accountable; able to work alone with minimal direction, as well as part of team is required

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office required

  • Previous experience in a deadline-driven position is preferred

  • Professional services firm experience is preferred

  • Willingness to cross train, step outside your role to help our admin team as needed, and a positive attitude are all requirements

  • This role is required to work Monday through Friday, although a longer schedule and some weekends may be required

  • Previous experience managing multiple simultaneous tasks and projects is preferred

  • Highly organized, agile and able to prioritize well under pressure. Self-motivated and accountable; able to work alone with minimal direction, as well as part of team
