This is a great opportunity for a strong organized professional to build and manage a core documentation and training hub that would house system and business workflow information to be used to train new employees and educate current employees on ongoing changes to systems and workflows. This role with deal directly with various teams within and enterprise organization and be the go-to person for data around systems and workflows. For anyone with a strong Technical Writing/Business Analysis/Training background, this is a great opportunity.
Required Skills:
Must have 3+ years' experience in technical writing and business analysis
Experienece supporting insurance products (annuities, Life etc)
Must be able to gather and document data regarding business process workflows and systems
Must have experience with building training videos for a professional audience
Must be able to lead requirements gathering sessions
Must be able to prioritize tasks and self-govern to accomplish tasks and projects
Must be able to work with various levels of an organization in an enterprise organization
Must have a thorough understanding of software systems and the process to migrate to a new system
Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must be collaborative and be able to work well across various teams
Experience with Confluence, Jira and Sharepoint is ideal
