: We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with expertise in spiritual travel bookings to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the operational aspects of our travel offerings. ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end operations of spiritual travel bookings, including itinerary planning, accommodation arrangements, transportation logistics, and on-ground support. Who has strong connections in airlines, bus, car, hotels, and local suppliers from respective cities. Collaborate with tour guides, local partners, and vendors to ensure the smooth execution of travel itineraries and activities. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including spiritual leaders, temples, and sacred sites, to enhance the authenticity of our offerings. Coordinate with the marketing team to promote our spiritual travel packages and attract potential travelers through various channels. Monitor and evaluate the quality of our travel services, gather feedback from customers, and implement improvements to enhance the overall experience. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging destinations in the spiritual travel sector to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation. Manage budgets, expenses, and cost optimization strategies to ensure profitability while maintaining high standards of service quality. Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the travel and tourism industry with a focus on spiritual travel bookings. In-depth knowledge of spiritual destinations, sacred sites, and cultural practices across India. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, partners, and team members. Proficiency in travel booking platforms, CRM systems, and other relevant software tools.
