As a Driver Manger, you will serve as a primary contact for drivers that are assigned to you (link removed) You will need to be knowledgeable of the customers, loads, and lanes that our drivers operate in. You will be expected to provide exemplary customer service and phone etiquette at all times. You will also need to be knowledgeable of the computer software used at Kivi Bros (link removed) You will be responsible for receiving, entering, signing and returning load tenders to our customers.
