Responsibilities:

1. Safe Transportation: Operate vehicles safely, following traffic laws and regulations, to transport passengers or goods to specified destinations.

2. Customer Service: Provide friendly and courteous service to passengers or customers, assisting with loading/unloading and addressing inquiries professionally.

3. Route Navigation: Navigate routes efficiently using GPS or maps, ensuring timely arrivals and adapting to traffic or schedule changes.

4. Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct pre/post-trip inspections, report any issues promptly, and maintain accurate records of mileage and trips.

5. Communication: Maintain clear communication with passengers, dispatchers, or supervisors to coordinate pick-ups, handle requests, and address emergencies.

6. Documentation: Keep records of trip logs, passenger information, and other necessary paperwork for compliance and reporting purposes.

7. Adaptability: Adjust to different environments, weather conditions, and customer needs while prioritizing safety and service excellence.

8. Safety Awareness: Remain alert while driving, anticipate hazards, and follow proper safety procedures to ensure passenger and road safety.

Qualifications:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a professional driver preferred.
- Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional language proficiency may be advantageous.
- Familiarity with navigation tools and GPS systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
