A Commercial Drywall/Steel Stud Framing company is currently looking for an Estimator to oversee the estimation of all projects.  This company is very well known in the industry and promotes from within.  This position is open due to growth in their business and will free up others in leadership positions to focus on other areas of the business.  

Duties:

Estimator oversees analysis of past performance on projects and helps to establish estimating standards for future estimates.  He also assists in oversight of the effectiveness of the bid management and estimating software.  This person will assist in establishing standardized estimating methods and processes and training other estimating personnel in their use and have the final word on procedures, processes, techniques and personnel decisions for assigned projects.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years of experience estimating Commercial Drywall, a stable work history, top level knowledge of bid management and estimating software and possess great leadership skills.

 

Salary = $90 – $110,000
