Job Description
Manage employee life cycle processes such as onboarding, time and attendance, transfer, and exit ensuring smooth and seamless employee experience
Identify the scope for digitalization and work with technical team to bring in seamless automation of HR processes.
Employee Benefits, insurance scheme administration in collaboration with the C&B SPOC
Maintain employee data and associated formats (letters etc.) in a seamless, up to date and compliant manner.
Constantly providing and enhancing report formats and analyzing HR data for better decision making
Proactively identify gaps, scope for improvement in processes, to plug gaps and optimize processes and efficiencies.
Create SOPs and ensure appropriate documentation and process adherence as per various guidelines and regulations
Partnering and collaborating with statutory agencies, vendors and consultants to ensure business objectives
Front-ending the HR Internal and external audits

6-8 years of relevant HR Operations experience
Proficiency in MS Office and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Hands on experience on Oracle HCM & PeopleSoft
Knowledge on labour laws and statutory compliances
