This position is of Dyanatrace Administrator OR Dyantrace Consultant
The team is using APM (Application Performance Monitoring) TOOLS to monitor several Applications used by Mastercard clients and providing supports.
Required Skills:
Candidate needs to have advance experience in APM tools Specifically Dynatrace
Experience with Ticketing systems like Remedy or others.
Nice to haves:
Experience with Blazemeter or ThousandEyes or New Relic
Familiarity with Kubernetes or Dockers or AWS or PCF
Position can be 100% REMOTE- Candidate needs to be available at 7:30 AM Central Time for daily scrum meetings.

Role
In this position, you will:
Evaluate new product capabilities, create detailed implementation plans, and perform deployments
Create detailed technical documentation and provide day-to-day usage and configuration support for internal customers
Partner closely with technical leads to provide training to other engineers as needed
Discuss overall strategy and specific needs with internal customers and management
