Join the 10X ERP team as a Dynamic Customer Support Champion in our Houston office! This role is perfect for those passionate about technology, eager to assist customers, and thrive in a fast-paced, vibrant work environment. As the frontline hero for our customers, you'll manage help desk issues through HelpScout, ensuring a swift and efficient resolution. You'll also collaborate closely with our development team, providing crucial feedback and testing solutions to enhance our cutting-edge ERP software. This in-person role offers a unique opportunity to have a direct impact on our product and contribute to the success of our customers. Requirements - Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Skype, G Suite, HelpScout (or able to quickly learn modern tools).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Team Collaboration: Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with technical teams.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving tech environment.
- Educational Background: Preferably a degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in customer support or technical roles.
- Location: Must be located in or willing to relocate to Houston, TX, as this is an in-person position.
