Location: St. Louis, MO or Dublin, OH



Duration: Long Term



 



This is a analyst role, customer facing and integrating with our offshore teams. They need analyst and mapping experience along with SAP.



 



Job Description:



 



EDI and IDOCS ANALYST



 



EDI ANALYST



Main Responsibilities:-




  • Provide expertise for EDI Standards, XML, and IDOCs

  • Work with client business teams and the EDI team to assist and create EDI functional specifications

  • Provide map, unit testing, and/or trading partner end-end testing as per the client’s process.

  • Participate in client meetings as requested



 



Knowledge:



Required




  • Six-Eight years EDI / EC / B2B experience as an EDI business analyst

  • Excellent knowledge of GXS AI, Mercator mapping tools or equivalent translation product

  • Experience with SAP Idocs

  • Experience with X12, EDIFACT, TRADACOMS and XML standards

  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to solve complex client problems

  • Proven ability to provide technical leadership

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills



Preferred




  • Proficient using GXS analysis and mapping tools



· Knowledge of GXS products / services



Education and Experience:




  • Bachelor of Science in Information Systems or equivalent work experience



Industry Experience:




  • Knowledge in one or more industries such as Transportation, Automotive, Petroleum, High-tech, Retail or Healthcare
