Brandable is a next generation consumer packaged goods studio that creates, manufactures, and sells relevant, modern consumer focused brands across toys, wellness and food.



 



Provide technical and administrative support for relational electronic data interchange (EDI) database set-up. Provide EDI related maintenance and backup support for accounting and operations teams (billing and customer service). Collaborate with third party vendors, clearinghouse, and payers to resolve operational issues. This role requires an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, learning multiple products, how to utilize the applications that support each product, and provide recommendations to the team for more efficient processing.



 



Responsibilities:




  • Implement and Support EDI functions and processes, including new customer on-boarding, ERP integration, root cause analysis, and solutions building.

  • Manage EDI/ERP related projects from start to finish for a successful implementation.

  • Test and verify that EDI solutions are performing according to standard.

  • Investigate and resolve EDI transaction errors. Utilize tools and resources to ensure that functions are efficient, accurate and timely.

  • Respond quickly to identify and resolve issues.

  • Follow-up to all questions and requests directed to the support team in a timely manner until there is a confirmed resolution.

  • Research, analyze, and recommend solutions to potential interface problems.

  • Responsible for maintaining internal and external documentation in real time with accuracy.

  • Serve as a liaison on all communication with client account contact.

  • Responsible for using multiple online portals to complete responsibilities.

  • Communicate clearly and concisely in person and via e-mail or telephone.

  • Look for opportunities to improve processes.



 



Qualifications:



 




  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

  • 3+ years of Customer Service experience in an EDI and ERP enabled environment or 3+ years of experience in direct IT / EDI support.

  • Experience in Fulfillment and able to read raw data.

  • Experience setting up customers (e.g. retailers, distributors, etc.) through SPS Commerce, LIDD and a 3PL (Symbia /Advantage) and troubleshooting through to the invoicing process.

  • Experience with troubleshooting complex EDI communications.

  • Experience with EDI / ERP implementation a plus.

  • Experience with Oracle, Net Suite, SPS Commerce, Shopify, Celigo is necessary.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

  • Prior experience working within a consumer goods environment.

  • Detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient with PC's and in Windows-based environment.
