Job Description:

Role: EDI Specialist

Location: Fort Meade, MD

Job type: Permanent/FTE

Experiences that are required:

• Creating ASNs and Labels for container shipments from the Mill.


• EDI sending of ASNs and Invoices.


• Inventory feed updates – DOS script


• SKU and carton label printing.


• Resolving EDI customer issues with warehouse for carriers and shipment delays.


• EDI orders issues on the PO mailbox screen – missing weights, suspended items, etc.


• Customer item X-reference add if EDI PO is rejected for missing item/customer sku.


• Monitor issues with incoming EDI POs
