Responsible for all aspects of Maintenance Management in the facility to include production floor equipment, facilities and maintenance department team personnel. This position will also be responsible for leading the discipline's overall goals, objectives and strategies as they relate to; capital, maintenance and reliability, plant capability, cost, CCI, sustainability, and waste reduction.




  • Improve and manage the preventive and predictive maintenance program management system CMMS.

  • Responsible for the leadership and management of maintenance personnel.

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering field or equivalent discipline. In lieu of degree candidate must possess extraordinary experience applicable to the role and have significant certifications or training by accredited bodies that is recognizable in the industry.

  • 5+ years Maintenance or Engineering Management experience in food processing or an adjacent industry manufacturing Plant

  • Strong understanding of preventive maintenance practices.

  • Must have knowledge of technology and key drivers of equipment performance as it relates to the manufacturing process. (OEE)

  • Demonstrated cross-functional, leadership, communication and team-building skills.

  • Understanding of food manufacturing practices and ability to develop process improvements and solutions using the principle of sanitary design.

  • Experience managing projects involving; food processing equipment, bulk packaging, reactors, pumps, PLC's, boilers, HVAC equipment along with building and grounds projects.

  • Experience implementing; CMMS programs, environmental management systems, and safety programs.

  • Experience with OSHA, EPA, FDA, USDA, SQF standards and regulations as well as state and local regulatory agencies as it relates to the maintenance and installation of equipment.

  • Experiences developing and managing expense and capital budgets.
