Job Title: ESP Field Service Manager SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The purpose of this job is to schedule and oversee the delivery and installation of ESPs by the ESP Field Technicians creating an atmosphere to educate, train, develop, retain and motivate through supervision and mentorship, while following company policies. SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Plan, organize, and direct operational activities as required, including dispatching field service personnel, meeting customer requirements, and answering customer calls Confer with management, technicians, and engineering professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and operational concerns Coordinate and direct activities with clients, field service personnel, and customers directly if problem jobs occur Investigate and provide written reports on near miss safety issues and job problems Recognize problems, identify possible causes and execute corrective actions when deficiencies are identified Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with local clients and monitor customer satisfaction to support account retention Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Troubleshoot and perform failure analysis providing technical support and general representation of the company to the client. Make decisions according to company policy and ensure the protection of all company assets. Work with product design engineers to improve the product based upon field experience on product usage, wear and tear due to various field conditions. Other duties as specified by supervisor and conduct related work, as necessaryEHS REQUIREMENTS: Complete all work in a safe manner and follow all safety requirements consistent with supporting the companys TRIR goals. Follow all environmental requirements consistent with supporting the companys environmental performance goals. Complete, and actively participate in all the companys Safety Skills training requirements
Requirements - 2 Years experience as an ESP Field Service Technician, knowledgeable in assembly, pulling and troubleshoot of ESPs
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Broad knowledge of well completion forming a background for troubleshooting failures and providing technician support.
- Must have valid driver license
- Excellent people and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
- Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- A combination of the requirements that may also be considered.
- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to sit and/or drive a vehicle; a minimum of 2 hours and often up to 4 hours.
- Must be able to maneuver to all areas of a pump shop or warehouse, and to all allowable areas of a well site or other job sites.
- Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to safely mount and dismount from the back of a truck, and bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items while working at area.
- Must have the manual dexterity and coordination to operate hand tools and mechanical tools such as a wench.
- Must be able to tolerate changing priorities, and complete assignments despite frequent interruptions.
- Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues. Must be able to drive a one-ton pick-up truck.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work environment is typically considered within an ELS location during normal or extended business hours.The work environment may also include customer sites including oil well sites, and meeting venues, extensive timeoff sites while traveling or to other locations as required.Benefits - Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
