Compensation: Commensurate upon education, certification, transferrable skills, career progression, career success, and professional referencing. Budget tops at $200K - $275K Base

As the EVP of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in leading, strategizing, and executing financial activities for our professional services company. You'll have the chance to make a significant impact on the organization's growth and profitability, working alongside a visionary CEO and COO.

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of critical areas, including:

Financial Mastery: Prepare meticulous financial reports and statements to provide clear insights and ensure transparency for stakeholders.Take charge of budgeting processes, enabling efficient resource allocation and financial discipline. Develop strategic plans and execute robust forecasting models to guide decision-making and foster sustainable growth.

Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with our dynamic executive team and engage in meaningful dialogue with managers and investors, delivering concise financial updates and recommendations. Bring your negotiation skills to the table as you navigate financial agreements and contracts, securing advantageous terms for the company. Oversee debt and cash flow management, implementing strategies to optimize financial resources and mitigate risks.

Operational Excellence: Champion the development of our internal control systems, ensuring compliance and safeguarding assets.Provide insightful oversight of Human Resources and Information Technologies, fostering an environment of efficiency, productivity, and innovation.Contribute to the formulation of company policies, driving alignment and supporting our growth trajectory.
