What were looking for: TP-Link is seeking a candidate to grow and nurture the direct-to-consumer business via the Shopify platform. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable of all aspects of the Shopify platform and will have a successful track record of growing the DTC business. The candidate will be responsible for implementing sales and marketing strategies for the DTC business and will have ownership of the front-end of the store. Requirements What youll bring to the table: Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, a/b testing and reporting.Develop and implement strategies to improve website performance and traffic to the site. Seeking a dynamic marketing minded thinker to bring consistent traffic to site.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to gauge and make recommendations on successful strategies.Oversee website visual merchandizing and recommend/implement optimizations to improve the customer journey.Work with internal marketing and product teams to build campaigns and successful launchesManage the customer communication platform (front end only) and develop customer retention campaigns.Evaluate manage and provide inputs on CRO.Research market to discover new trends and technologies to improve website performance and presentation.Analyze data points and present weekly/monthly sales, product sell-through, promotional performance, shopping trends, and other store metrics to stakeholders.Upload and manage product detail pages, images, and rich content.Benefits Salary: $80-100K/year + Quarterly Bonus What were all about: TP-Link is always seeking ambitious individuals, who are enthusiastic and passionate about their work.
