Hiring Event July 25, 2019, 3 - 6 p.m.

We are currently looking to fill a variety of full and part-time positions within all three of our programs. Interested applicants should bring a current resume to the center during the hiring event. Interviews will be held, every 30 minutes starting at 3:30 p.m. We are excited to have you on our team!

 

Qualified applicants will possess the following attributes:

• Respect for all children and belief in children as capable individuals deserving of kindness and love.


• Ability to engage in positive relationships with children, families, and staff.


• Understanding of child development theory, developmentally appropriate practices, and their implications for classroom teaching.


• Ability to develop and/or assist in the facilitation of lesson plans specific to needs of the classroom.


• Ability to meet children where they are and foster growth at a rate that is specific to the individual.


• Ability to guide children’s behavior and understanding of age-appropriate conflict resolution.


• Awareness of child-centered approaches in the field of early education.


• Degree preferred in early childhood education or related field.


• At least one year of experience working in a licensed early childhood education facility.
