SciTec has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Program Planning Scheduling Analyst for an agile software development program.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver the Program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) deliverables in accordance with the contract
  • Implementation of standard processes and tools, and program planning and control practices
  • Understand principles, theories and concepts of scheduling and demonstrates the ability to perform professional tasks
  • Can input data & status schedule, update and maintain MS Project files, updates and maintain Tier one schedule, and understands MS Project Global files
  • Can prepare data that provides the visibility needed for internal/external reviews, meetings, and audits
  • Monitors Program IMS to ensure the programs Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) supports the Program execution plan and ensures cost/schedule integration
  • Provide interface/support to program office and team leads to identify internal and external dependencies, milestones, and deliverables
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of related professional experience
  • Earned Value Proficiency including the Earned Value Guidelines
  • Agile EVMS knowledge
  • Knowledge of government program budgeting and forecasting
  • Detail oriented
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Candidates who have one or more of the following skills will be preferred

  • Overhead Persistent InfraRed (OPIR) ground processing domain knowledge
  • Active DoD Final SECRET clearance or higher

The pay range for this position is $70,000 - $125,000 / year. SciTec considers several factors when extending an offer of employment, including but not limited to the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills. This is not a guarantee of compensation.
