The Role: Were on the lookout for an E-commerce Growth Specialist with an in-depth understanding of e-commerce algorithms and the nuances of achieving high growth. This role is critical for someone who is not just strategic and creative but also hands-on with experience across major e-commerce platforms in India. As an E-commerce Growth Specialist at SuperSpring Ventures, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online sales and expanding our market share. Key. Responsibilities: Develop a deep understanding of e-commerce algorithms across platforms to optimize product listings, increase visibility, and boost sales. Craft and execute a comprehensive e-commerce growth strategy focused on customer acquisition, retention, and conversion optimization. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure e-commerce strategies are aligned with broader marketing initiatives, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns. Analyse performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to steer future growth strategies. Stay abreast of the latest e-commerce trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep our strategies competitive and innovative. Work closely with product, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless and outstanding customer experience. Manage and fine-tune paid advertising campaigns on e-commerce platforms to maximize ROI. Tackle challenges creatively and employ innovative solutions to drive sales growth across our diverse product segments. Requirements Requirements: Proven track record in an E-commerce Specialist role, demonstrating significant growth achievements. Expertise in the workings of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies. Strong analytical skills to make data-informed decisions. Comprehensive understanding of the Indian e-commerce landscape and consumer behaviour. Innovative mindset with a knack for developing creative marketing strategies. Excellent project management, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Masters degree will be considered an advantage.
