KULE is looking for an Ecommerce Operations Manager to join its team. Passionate about the brand and operational excellence, this person will own product data management for (link removed).

Tasks include:

• Own end-to-end Shopify product launches, from product data entry to product uploads, and ensure PDPs are complete for launch
• Coordinate with Editorial for product flats, retouching, and studio shots used for PDPs and marketing
• Coordinate with internal teams for size and fit, product copy, and additional product details
• QAing product launches and new feature releases for (link removed)
• Own price adjustments, discount codes, and sale pricing and merchandising
• Own creating and merchandising collection grids, from curating collection pages, removing sold-out products, and re-sorting based on product availability and liability
• Partner with Operations and Production to manage inbound purchase orders and upload packing lists into warehouse management system
• Partner with Production to accurately track outstanding seasonal and core purchase orders
• Cross collaborate with key stakeholders from Leadership, Production, Editorial, Wholesale, and Operations to complete daily tasks

Requirements

You:

• Have a minimum of 2 years experience in an ecommerce, master data management, or product management role
• Must have advanced analytical and systems skills with strong attention to detail
• Must have advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
• Shopify experience preferred
• Enjoy working with large data sets
• Cross-functional collaboration with teams to project manage tasks through to completion
• Extremely organized and can manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Think creatively and are great at solving problems
• Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, take initiative, and can work both independently and collaboratively. You dont mind getting your hands dirty and pitching in on any project, no matter the task
• Ask the right questions and are extremely curious about consumer behavior
• Prioritize intelligently, can manage multiple projects, and know how to get things done without dropping details
• Crave challenges and responsibility, holding yourself and your team to the highest standards
• Want to have a meaningful impact on a brand as it scales
