Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive counselling to students regarding study abroad options, including course selection, university selection, and application process.

2. Build and maintain relationships with sub-agents, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

3. Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and assist them in making informed decisions about theireducationplans.

4. Stay updated oneducationalprograms, admission requirements, scholarships, and visa processes for various international institutions.

5. Assist students in preparing application materials, including essays, recommendation letters, and resumes, while adhering to university guidelines.

6. Conduct seminars, workshops, and information sessions toeducatestudents and parents about overseaseducationopportunities.

7. Monitor and track students' progress throughout the application and admission process, providing necessary guidance and support.

8. Stay informed about changes in immigration regulations, visa processes, and ensure compliance with relevant laws.

9. Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and outcomes using CRM software or other designated systems.

10. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and participate in recruitment events, both online and offline.

11. Stay updated on globaleducationtrends, competitive landscape, and new opportunities to enhance the services provided byPlanetEducation.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in a relevant discipline such asEducation, Counseling, or Humanities).

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional proficiency in other languages is a plus.

3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with students, parents, andeducationalinstitutions.

4. Passion for internationaleducationand a genuine interest in helping students achieve their academic and career aspirations.

5. Knowledge of study abroad destinations, universities, andeducationalsystems would be advantageous.

6. Familiarity with application processes, scholarship opportunities, and visa requirements for popular study destinations.

7. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently while adhering to deadlines.

8. Proficiency in using computers, internet research, and CRM software.

9. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends to accommodate student needs and participate in events.

10. Previous experience in counseling oreducation-related fields is desirable but not mandatory.
