Job Description:

The Education Counsellor will be responsible for selling educational courses to potential students and guiding them through the enrollment process. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in selling educational courses and should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive counselling to students and parents regarding educational courses offered by the company.
• Meet sales targets and conversion rates set by the management.
• Provide accurate information about course curriculum, fee structure, and admission requirements to prospective students.
• Follow up with potential students via phone and email to maintain relationships and ensure maximum conversions.
• Prepare reports on sales activities, student feedback, and counselling outcomes.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and execution of processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in selling educational courses.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Familiarity with the education industry and related trends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
