Were looking for a passionate, organized and knowledgeable Education Manager in a hybrid office/remote position, based in Los Angeles, CA. (In-office required 1-2 days per week)

The Education Manager will focus on building an educational foundation for both our Sephora partners and our consumers. In this role, you will represent the Mane Addicts brand by sharing your skills and knowledge with a focus on building retail partnerships, educating on features & benefits, and maximizing the business through product and brand knowledge. You will become an expert on all things Mane, and share your knowledge with our retail partners and internal cross-functional teams!

Reports to: VP Sales

What You'll Do:

• Develop all training materials for Sephora partners and consumers, based on business needs
• Drive sell-through through seminars and training calls with retail store staff
• Plan and implement in-store events and in-person education sessions, in select markets
• Assist with planning and execution of trade shows
• Assist Sales leadership with new product launches, including new item set up forms, educational product guides, distribution of comps (samples, gratis), digital launch exposure highlights, competitive pricing for analysis
• Assist Brand team with creation of product features & benefits copy for e-commerce
• Handle administrative duties with account management team as needed
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, focusing on product sell-through and a mix of business in top doors
• Conduct product orientation and brand training for newly hired Mane Addicts employees
• Additional tasks as needed

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in prestige beauty sales, preferably in education
• Experience working with Sephora a plus
• Passion for beauty
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communicator
• Strong presentation skills, and comfortable being in front of camera to film education content as needed
• Strong product knowledge
• Strong coaching skills, self-motivated, and a team player
